About Paul

Paul Calatayud is CISO and Cofounder of Archipelo, driving the company’s strategy—pioneering Developer Security Posture Management (DevSPM).

With over 20 years of cybersecurity leadership, Paul is a 7-time CISO and previously served as Global CSO at Palo Alto Networks, reporting to CTO Nir Zuk, and as CISO at Aqua Security. He brings cybersecurity and GTM expertise across cloud-native security, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and infrastructure. He has a PhD in cryptography and was formerly in the U.S. Army serving in national security cybersecurity roles.
